Delivery Policy
We might need to substitute flowers sometimes due to availability. If that happens, our florists will ensure the design and theme remain the same, using fresh flowers of equal or higher value. While we’ll try to meet your requested delivery times, we can’t guarantee it. Make sure the recipient’s info is accurate. If there’s a delay due to incorrect details, we can’t offer a refund. In times severe weather, we can’t guarantee on-time delivery. If we can’t deliver as planned, we’ll get it to the recipient as soon as possible. We can’t cancel or change orders that are already delivered or in transit. If you need to modify an upcoming order, please call us. If you’re not satisfied with the service or flowers, please reach out so we can fix it!

All payments are securely processed through the Square point of sale system, ensuring a smooth and safe transaction experience. Please keep in mind that a service fee for delivery will be added to all online orders, along with applicable sales tax.
